The New Jersey Chapter of CAI is the leader in enhancing the quality of community association living, through education, legislative advocacy and professional development.
The New Jersey Chapter of CAI, is the second largest chapter in the United States. With over 2,100 members, we provide a large amount of continuous education and resources to help our members stay abreast of current community association issues and events in the State of New Jersey.
