CAI-NJ offers a number of advertising opportunities for business partners...
Online Directory Listing
For just $200 for a calendar year, your company can place a basic directory listing – under a specific category of business (i.e., management company, attorney, landscaping, paving) including company name, primary contact, street address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address and web site link on the CAI-NJ web site. If your company provides a number of different services, additional listings cost just $100 each. For more information about the CAI-NJ Online Ad program, download the flyer [pdf] or contact Edie Esposito at edie@cainj.org.
eNewsletter Banner Ads
The most direct and cost-effective advertising option offered by CAI-NJ is the banner ad spot at the top of each issue of CAI-NJ’s weekly eNewsletter. For just $300, you can place a banner ad – including a link to your company’s web site or e-mail address – that is sent to more than 1,000 members of the chapter over a span of FIVE weeks. That means for your $300 investment, you get at least five ad placements PLUS any special bulletins sent out during that five-week period. Based on the basic banner ad rate of $100 for one week, you get the equivalent of at least five ads for the price of three. For more information on CAI-NJ’s eNewsletter Banner Ad program, contact Edie Esposito at edie@cainj.org.
Community Trends®
Obviously, a popular choice for chapter advertisers. Community Trends® is mailed to every single CAI-NJ member and affiliate, making it an excellent way for business partners and management companies to reach their target audiences. Rates and specifications for advertising in the magazine are available on the CAI-NJ web site at www.cainj.org. For more information about advertising in Community Trends®, call Ray Dickey at Brainerd Communications, 609-655-2000. Ad Specs & Rates [pdf].
Membership Directory
The big advertising opportunity each year is, of course, the CAI-NJ Membership Directory. This is the book that every management company or business partner wants to be in, because it is usually the first book association board members reach for when they need products and/or services for their respective communities. The choice of advertising or not advertising in the Membership Directory could literally cost your business a client for life. The directory is published each Spring, but advertisers usually need to make their commitments by the middle of January. If you are thinking about advertising in the Membership Directory, keep this thought in mind…it is never too early to start making plans to advertise in the directory, but it might be too late to get in it if you drag your feet. So when advertising contracts are sent out by the chapter office, it is in your best interest to act fast to claim a prime spot in the book and to not get left out. For more information about advertising in the CAI-NJ Membership Directory, contact Edie Esposito at edie@cainj.org.
