The CAI-NJ Annual Conference & Expo is attended by community association homeowners, including board members and committee members, as well as management companies and community association managers. CAI-NJ members and non-member homeowners and community association managers are welcome to attend. All business partner attendees must be exhibiting to attend the conference and expo.

This is a FREE event for all homeowners and community association managers. Included in your registration is access to nearly 200 exhibitors, complimentary breakfast and lunch, educational programs, raffles and multiple chances to win $1,000 during the show (must be present to win).

We will have several educational programs throughout the day including a New Jersey Legislative Action Committee (NJ-LAC) session. See above for a full list of programs, including topics of discussion and speakers.

The Conference Kick-Off will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Sheraton in Edison. All exhibitors are welcome to attend this networking reception (non-exhibiting companies are not eligible to register). Each exhibiting company will receive one discounted ticket at $75, additional ticket pricing is as follows:
