Angela Kavanaugh
Chapter Executive Director

Angela Kavanaugh has been with the chapter for over 11 years. She has broad knowledge and experience in all aspects of the chapter and the industry as a whole. Angela has worked with most of the committees, planned the annual trade show, educational programming and networking events during her tenure. Prior to her promotion to Chapter Executive Director, she held the position on Senior Director of Operations.
Angela attended St. Johns University in New York where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance. She enjoys cooking for her family and hiking with her best friend whom she has been married to for 35 years. They have two wonderful children and two beautiful granddaughters.
Brooke Stoppiello-Nevins has been an integral part of the CAI-NJ team since August, 2017. Although Brooke’s primary focus at the beginning was graphic design, over the years she has learned the ins and outs of the community association industry, excelling in all areas of communications. She is currently serving as Communications Manager, overseeing the redesign of the new CAI-NJ website.
Brooke received a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from New Jersey City University. Prior to working for CAI-NJ, she worked full-time in advertising and design for many years with several different companies including: Vivitar, DCH Auto Group, Edison Properties and the Monmouth County Park System. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt and son, Harrison. They like making new adventures together, traveling, going to the park or zoo and Brooke’s favorite, Disney World!
Jennifer Farrell

Jennifer Farrell has been part of the CAI-NJ team since 2018 as the Administrative Coordinator. While first hired as a part-time employee, Jennifer has recently joined the team as a full-time member. Jennifer is the first voice you will be greeted with when you call CAI-NJ. She provides administrative support to all departments of the New Jersey chapter and you can find her at the registration table of any event helping members feel welcomed.
Outside of CAI, Jennifer volunteer’s as the leader for her daughter’s Girl Scout troop. Jennifer currently resides in Freehold with her husband, two daughters and her two dogs. When she is not working, she enjoys watching her children ride horses, and running to various Girl Scout events and meetings.
Jaclyn Oskierko has been leading the events for CAI-NJ since 2015. She is constantly finding creative and innovative ways to offer top notch networking events, making each member experience memorable. New in 2020, she also has taken over the Annual Conference and Expo – we are all excited to see what this year brings! Jackie is also a part of the planning team at CAI-NJ, working with other team members for strategic growth of CAI-NJ as we begin a new decade.
Jackie attended Kutztown University of Pa, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing and has been working in non-for-profit association event management for a decade. But most importantly, she’s wife to Ben and a mom to Benny! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and reading books on the beach at the Jersey Shore.

Robin Surgent has been in the Association industry for over nine years, getting her start in 2011 as the Event Coordinator for CAI-NJ. From that position, she has been fortunate to coordinate educational seminars and networking events while gaining additional experience with marketing and membership for the New Jersey State Funeral Directors Association and the New Jersey Apartment Association. Robin is extremely excited to be back with the CAI-NJ team as their Membership Manager, meeting new faces and reconnecting with the members of this wonderful organization.
Robin attended Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, majoring in Public Relations with a minor in Event Planning. Robin currently resides in Hamilton with her husband and two boys, Zachary and Shane. She loves being a boy-mom and all things Broadway.
