NEW REPORT EXAMINES THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY
COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS

CAI is proud to share the results of the 2020 Homeowner Satisfaction Survey: New Jersey Communities, conducted by   The Foundation for Community Association Research . We thank the Foundation for its continued support in helping us better understand the community association housing model and the needs and expectations of today’s homeowners.

Now more than ever, homeowner leaders, managers, and business partners who work tirelessly to support these communities, are facing new changes, and daily challenges. The Homeowner Satisfaction Survey: New Jersey Communities, closely examines how Garden State residents feel about their communities, success of their hired professional managers, identifies areas for improvement, and gives housing stakeholders ideas for new initiatives to further strengthen the growing housing model.

Help us share the satisfaction report by downloading a copy of the New Jersey brochure and sending to your community association clients, homeowner leaders, colleagues, legislative offices, and housing stakeholders!
