Each year the CAI-NJ Conference & Expo Committee chooses a theme for the event. Exhibitors are encouraged to make use of the theme when designing their booths and possibly in their attire and have a chance to be voted for the best use of theme contest. The winner will receive a $500 credit towards their booth the following year.

This theme celebrates the community association industry as a global hub of ideas and collaboration. Each session, exhibitor, and conversation represents a new destination, offering tools, educational insights, and relationships that empower community managers to return home better equipped to elevate the quality of life within their communities.
All booth requests must be made electronically through the link provided via email, based on the schedule below. Please note that this is a request and must be approved by the chapter. You are not guaranteed the booth you are requesting.

Booths will be confirmed on a first come first serve basis according to the schedule above. Booth requests must be approved by CAI-NJ, and you will be notified once your booth is confirmed. Once confirmed, an invoice will be provided for payment. All payments are due within 30 days of invoicing. Unsettled booth invoices may be subject to cancellation if not settled after 30 days.

CAI-NJ has a no-tolerance policy regarding “suitcasing,” which describes the practice of non-exhibiting companies or individuals soliciting sales and leads on the trade show floor, in the aisles, or in the lobbies, and/or representing their services or soliciting conference participants for conflicting social activities. Violators of this policy will be ejected from the show and charged the single-booth rate, which must be paid prior to registering as an attendee, exhibitor, or sponsor at any future CAI-NJ programs. CAI-NJ reserves the right to reject any individual or entity’s registration at anytime. CAI-NJ will not be responsible for any/all notification and distribution of exhibitor’s door prizes. Except for emergency and scheduling announcements, no commercial announcements will be made.
There was a room block available for those attending the 202 CAI-NJ Annual Conference & Expo at the Sheraton Edison, 125 Edison Parkway, Edison, NJ 08837. The room block final date to book was Monday, September 15, 2026. However, please contact the hotel directly for any additional bookings.
The CAI-NJ Annual Conference & Expo is attended by community association homeowners, including board members and committee members, as well as management companies and community association managers. CAI-NJ members and non-member homeowners and community association managers are welcome to attend. All business partner attendees must be exhibiting to attend the conference and expo.

Exhibitors are not permitted to break down until 2:00 pm and have until 5:00 pm to vacate the premises. Booths must be staffed for the duration of the event.

Booth space will include: One (1) 6” x 30” high draped table, two (2) upholstered chairs, one (1) single-line company name sign as provided on page one of this agreement and one (1) waste basket. Your booth includes one (1) complimentary booth representative. Each additional booth representative will be $25.00, except community property managers that attend for free and 2026 Ultimate Partners receive unlimited booth reps.

Exhibits may not protrude, under any circumstances, beyond the space allotted or interfere in any way with traffic to the exhibits of others. All displays must be fully contained within the designated exhibit space and may not obstruct other exhibits. Any activities beyond the normal scope of exhibiting must be pre-approved by CAI-NJ. Failure to do so can lead to further sanctions imposed by CAI-NJ up to and including immediate termination of contract without a refund.
Each booth receives one (1) complimentary registration. You may purchase additional registrations for $25 per exhibitor. Each registration includes one (1) breakfast and one (1) lunch ticket. 2026 Ultimate Partners receive unlimited booth representatives at no charge. Please note: at this time, we are not limiting the number of booth reps that can be inside your booth at a given time.
Distribution of samples and souvenirs in a restrained fashion is permitted, provided that there is no interference with other exhibits or aisle movement, and that the samples and souvenirs pertain to, or contribute to the exhibits of the conference. All food or beverages items must be individually wrapped. CAI-NJ may withdraw permission to distribute souvenirs, advertising or other materials it considers objectionable, or which violate the rules of the exhibition hall.

Cancellation of any portion of this application by the exhibitor will be accepted only at the discretion of CAI-NJ and then, only based upon the following refund schedule:
Notice of cancellation by Friday, August 28, 2026: Refund 50% of Booth Fee.
Notice of cancellation after Friday, August 28, 2026: No Refund.
CAI-NJ may charge an administrative fee of $250.00 for any booth that is canceled and has the right to any liquidated damages resulting from the cancellation of a booth.
The Conference Kick-Off will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Sheraton in Edison. All exhibitors are welcome to attend this networking reception (non-exhibiting companies are not eligible to register). Each exhibiting company will receive one discounted ticket at $75, additional ticket pricing is as follows:

Non-Members: $200 $225
Please note: Ultimate Partners receive 4 tickets, Elite Partners receive 2 tickets and Premier Partners receive 1 ticket.
