Dear CAI Members:
CAI-NJ’s Legislative Action Committee (NJ-LAC) wanted to make you aware that the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has a new program to subsidize the installation of electric vehicle charging stations. In order to take advantage of the program, you must submit your proposal by October 25, 2025.
The program information is contained at: https://dep.nj.gov/drivegreen/dcfcsolicitation/.
There are some requirements regarding the program that you should be aware of, particularly noting that the charging station must be made available to the general public.
